Statistici din jude\u021bele Constan\u021ba \u0219i Tulcea, \u00een urm\u0103 cu peste 90 de ani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prima vedere, un document greoi, cu foarte multe tabele \u0219i date seci, \u201eAnuarul Statistic al Rom\u00e2niei &#8211; anii 1935 \u0219i 1936\u201d este \u00een m\u0103sur\u0103 s\u0103 ofere informa\u021bii extrem de interesante, din toate domeniile, despre Dobrogea anilor &#8217;30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobrogea avea, \u00een anul 1930, o popula\u021bie de 811.000 de locuitori, dar era format\u0103 din patru jude\u021be: Constan\u021ba, Tulcea, Caliacra \u0219i Durostor (ultimele dou\u0103 din Cadrilater). Ne vom concentra asupra jude\u021belor ce compun Dobrogea de ast\u0103zi (n.a unele cifre fac \u00eens\u0103 referire la provincie cu toate cele patru jude\u021be).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jude\u021bul Constan\u021ba avea la recens\u0103m\u00e2ntul din 29 decembrie 1930 o popula\u021bie de 249.914 locuitori, iar jude\u021bul Tulcea \u2013 183.391. Popula\u021bia ora\u0219ului Constan\u021ba, la aceea\u0219i dat\u0103, se ridica la 58.258 de locuitori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portul Constan\u021ba se dezvoltase foarte mult, iar \u00een anii 1934 \u2013 1935, Serviciul Maritim Rom\u00e2n avea aici 14 nave de pasageri care efectuau curse \u00een \u00eentreaga lume. \u00cen intervalul men\u021bionat, vase precum \u201eRegele Carol\u201d, \u201ePrincipesa Maria\u201d, \u201eDacia\u201d, \u201eDobrogea\u201d, \u201eCarpa\u021bi\u201d, \u201eDurostor\u201e etc au efectuat 136 de c\u0103l\u0103torii, fiind transporta\u021bi peste 40.000 de c\u0103l\u0103tori din care aproximativ 28.000 la clasa a III-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rutele cele mai importante erau: Constan\u021ba \u2013 Varna \u2013 Istanbul \u2013 Salonic; Constan\u021ba \u2013 Istanbul \u2013 Pireu \u2013 Alexandria; Constan\u021ba \u2013 Istanbul \u2013 Pireu \u2013 Beyrouth \u2013 Haifa etc. Pentru transportul de c\u0103l\u0103tori \u0219i de m\u0103rfuri, SMR a ob\u021binut venituri de 141,6 milioane lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cursele aeriene deveniser\u0103 \u0219i ele regulate, este drept, pentru elita ce \u00ee\u0219i petrecea vacan\u021bele la Balcic \u0219i pe \u00eentreaga Coast\u0103 de Argint. \u00cen 1934, \u0219apte avioane au efectuat curse pe ruta Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Constan\u021ba \u2013 Balcic \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti, transport\u00e2nd 1.402 pasageri \u0219i totaliz\u00e2nd 1337 de ore de zbor. Modernul acaparase \u00eentreaga via\u021b\u0103 urban\u0103 a Dobrogei. \u00cen jude\u021bul Constan\u021ba existau deja 463 de autoturisme, 78 de autobuze \u0219i 32 de motociclete. Tulcea avea 79 de autoturisme, opt autobuze \u0219i \u0219ase motociclete. La nivelul \u00eentregii Rom\u00e2nii (cu Bucovina \u0219i Basarabia), Constan\u021ba era al nou\u0103lea ora\u0219 dup\u0103 costul vie\u021bii, iar Tulcea, al 69-lea. \u00cen 1934-1935 \u00een jude\u021bul Constan\u021ba s-au realizat venituri de aproape 37 de milioane lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te pre\u021burile anilor &#8217;30, ne vom referi la datele publicate pentru anul 1933. Pentru Constan\u021ba se raportau astfel de pre\u021buri medii, cu de am\u0103nuntul: carne vac\u0103 de calit I \u2013 17, 9 lei per kilogram, lapte \u2013 6 lei, crap \u2013 26,6 kg, \u0219al\u0103u 37,4 kg, f\u0103in\u0103 \u201ecalit 000\u201d &#8211; 10 lei, p\u00e2ine alb\u0103 7 lei, orez \u2013 16,6 lei kg, cartofi &#8211; 2,5, vin alb &#8211; 19,6 lei. Un kilogram de mangal costa 4 lei, unul de petrol la fel, iar benzina u\u0219oar\u0103 \u2013 9,7 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Tulcea, pre\u021burile erau mai mici cam cu c\u00e2te 2 lei la fiecare produs de mai sus, iar la pe\u0219te, chiar cu jum\u0103tate mai pu\u021bin (crap \u2013 13 lei kg, \u0219al\u0103u 19 lei \u2013 kg).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen 1934, \u00een jude\u021bul Constan\u021ba s-au construit 220 de locuin\u021be noi, \u00een valoare total\u0103 de 131 de milioane lei.
