\u00cen toamna anului 2023, cu ocazia unei cercet\u0103ri arheologice efectuate \u00een zon\u0103 g\u0103rii din Constan\u021ba, a fost descoperit un morm\u00e2nt de inhuma\u021bie cu firid\u0103 lateral\u0103, orientat NE-SV. \u00cen interiorul firidei se aflau r\u0103m\u0103\u0219i\u021bele, precar conservate, ale unui adult. Din inventarul funerar cu care acesta a fost a\u0219ezat \u00een morm\u00e2nt, fac parte un opai\u021b, al\u0103turi de dou\u0103 vase de sticl\u0103 \u0219i un vas din ceramic\u0103 (a\u0219ezate \u00een zona capului), un inel din aur cu gem\u0103 (aflat pe m\u00e2na st\u00e2ng\u0103) \u0219i un unguentarium din sticl\u0103 (a\u0219ezat pe bazin). Datarea morm\u00e2ntului, a fost stabilit\u0103 de c\u0103tre speciali\u0219ti, \u00een perioada secolului al II-lea p. Chr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dintre elementele deosebite prezente \u00een acest morm\u00e2nt, remarc\u0103m inelul aflat pe unul dintre degetele m\u00e2inii st\u00e2ngi a defunctului. Acesta a fost lucrat din foaie de aur, av\u00e2nd un diametru interior maxim de 1,6 cm. \u0219i are \u00eencastrat\u0103 o intalie din carneol (0,9×0,6 cm), gravat\u0103 cu imaginea Fortunei. Zei\u021ba este reprezentat\u0103 cu ve\u0219m\u00e2ntul \u0219i coafura specific\u0103, \u00een mers spre dreapta \u0219i \u021bin\u00e2nd \u00een m\u00e2ini atributele bine cunoscute. Astfel, cu m\u00e2na dreapt\u0103, ea \u021bine cornul abunden\u021bei sau cornucopia , iar cu cea st\u00e2ng\u0103 sprijin\u0103 c\u00e2rma unei cor\u0103bii sau gubernaculum, al\u0103turi de spice de gr\u00e2u \u0219i fructul de mac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00cen lumea antic\u0103, zei\u021ba roman\u0103 Fortuna \u0219i echivalentul ei grecesc Tyche, patronau norocul \u0219i soarta omenirii, c\u0103reia \u00eei alegeau soarta ajut\u00e2ndu-se de rota Fortunae\/roata norocului \u0219i pe care o guvernau folosind gubernaculum. A gold ring with an engraved gem, recently discovered in the Tomis necropolis. The goddess Fortuna and the good luck of the mortals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In the fall of 2023, during an archaeological research carried out in the area of the railway station from Constan\u021ba, an inhumation grave with a lateral niche, oriented NE-SW, was discovered. Inside the niche were the poorly preserved remains of an adult. The funerary inventory with which he was placed in the tomb includes a lamp, along with two glass vessels and a ceramic vessel (placed in the head area), a gold ring with a gem (on the left hand) and a glass unguentarium (placed on the basin). The dating of the tomb was established by specialists, in the 2nd century AD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Among the special elements present in this tomb, we note the ring found on one of the fingers of the deceased’s left hand. It was made of gold leaf, with a maximum internal diameter of 1.6 cm., and has a carnelian gem (0.9×0.6 cm) engraved with the image of the goddess Fortuna. She is represented with her specific garment and hairstyle, walking to the right and holding the well-known attributes in her hands. Thus, with her right hand she holds the horn of abundance or cornucopia, and with her left she supports the rudder of a ship or gubernaculum, along with ears of wheat and a poppy fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the ancient world, the Roman goddess Fortuna and her Greek equivalent Tyche, were the patron of the good luck and the future of humanity, for which they chose a fate using the rota Fortunae\/wheel of fortune and which they governed using the gubernaculum.
