544\/2001 on free access to information of public interest provides, in art. 5:<\/p><p>(1) Each public authority or institution is obliged to communicate ex officio the following information of public interest:<\/p><ol><li>a) the normative acts regulating the organization and functioning of the public authority or institution;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>b) the organizational structure, the duties of the departments, the operating schedule, the audience schedule of the public authority or institution;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>c) the names and surnames of the persons in the management of the public authority or institution and of the official responsible for disseminating public information;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>d) contact details of the public authority or institution, namely: name, headquarters, telephone numbers, fax, e-mail address and website address;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>e) financial sources, budget and balance sheet;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>f) own programs and strategies;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>g) list containing documents of public interest;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>h) the list including the categories of documents produced and\/or managed, according to the law;<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>i) the methods of contesting the decision of the public authority or institution in the situation where the person considers himself\/herself harmed regarding the right of access to the requested information of public interest.<\/li><\/ol><p>(2) Public authorities and institutions are required to publish and update annually a newsletter that will include the information provided for in paragraph
