We received around 200 registration forms<\/strong> and 143 paper proposals<\/strong>, which naturally required time to process. We apologize for the slight delay in sending out this second circular.<\/p>

Congress Venue<\/h3>

Due to the number of participants, it has been more practical to hold the Congress on the campus of Ovidius University in Constan\u021ba<\/strong>, rather than in the city center. The campus is located about 5 km north of the center, near the Mamaia resort area.<\/p>
